James McCulloh was involved in an accident on December 10th, when the tractor trailer he was driving near Show Low, AZ, hit another truck that was stopped in the roadway due to heavy fog. He suffered severe injuries to his face, head and neck. He was admitted to Banner Good Samaritan Trauma Center and has had multiple surgeries, including facial reconstruction and a tracheostomy. He was transferred to CareMeridian Phoenix on December 23, 2014, and he said from the first day, the staff was so friendly, and made him feel comfortable.
“Everyone, from the nurses and therapists, to the kitchen staff, to the housekeeper, has been just wonderful to me. CareMeridian is blessed with a great staff of caring people. Because of the excellent nursing care and rehab I have received at CareMeridian, I am now on the road to recovery and look forward to going home soon! I cannot thank everyone enough for what they did for me.” — James McCulloh
