CareMeridian provides a continuum of high quality, cost-effective post-acute care and rehabilitation options to people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and other life-altering injuries and medically complex illnesses. We are building our CareMeridian 4kids Pediatric Program and offer specialized services to our patients such as burn and ventilator care.

With program locations throughout the Western United States, CareMeridian offers a distinctive service delivery model, merging an experienced and skilled health care and rehabilitation team with specialized technology in community-based program settings designed to meet the unique needs of those we serve at every stage of their recovery.

Sharae Reed, a hit-and-run victim, recorded her thoughts about CareMeridian Las Vegas - Buffalo after two months at the facility. Her video is alternately humorous and touching, and it offers a detailed look into what life is like at CareMeridian. But the common thread is the close, personal relationships she developed with staff members—relationships that allowed her to excel in her physical therapy and rehabilitation, in an environment that was really her home away from home. We are thrilled to have been able to care for Sharae—a hardworking, funny, generous person—and we’re excited to share her story of rehabilitation and recovery.
