Director of Human Resources
Gretchen Adelmund was appointed Human Resources Business Partner in May 2012. With nearly 15 years of experience in human resource management with a concentration in payroll accounting, Gretchen’s responsibilities include oversight of all human resources-related issues for CareMeridian’s corporate office and all facilities. In this role, she assesses and anticipates all HR-related needs, develops integrated solutions to help streamline processes and procedures for efficiency, analyzes trends and metrics , and provides strategic direction in improving employee engagement throughout the organization. Gretchen joined CareMeridian in 2010 as Senior Payroll Accountant and was promoted to HR Generalist in 2011.
Prior to her roles at CareMeridian, Gretchen served as Human Resource Manager for a large construction company — DCE Construction/DBA Mesa Garage Doors in Irvine, Ca.
Gretchen graduated with a Business Management Certificate of Achievement in HR Management at Coastline Community College in Costa Mesa, Ca., and is working toward her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
